Roast Beetroots until they get tender and juicy. In a bowl, add crumbled goat cheese, spring onions, green chilies, chopped nuts. Now add the roasted beets and drizzle the lemon juice all over it. Ingredients:-
- 2 Beetroots
- 5 grams Ginger
- 1 Cucumber
- Two teaspoon Honey
Take fresh beets and scrub them very well. Use a brush to wash off all the mud from the surface. Cut the top and bottom, slice it into small pieces that could fit inside your juicer. Similarly, rinse and slice a cucumber and ginger. Don’t peel the beets and cucumber because the peel is the most nutritious part of the vegetables. Add all of these into the juicer.
